I think that ordinary members of the site should be able to enter banners that they have designed in a contest where the admins choose one Banner to be at the top of the forum. If you do do this, I'd suggest creating certain guide lines like what it has to say, and things it cannot contain.
Tell me if you think that this is a good idea!

This could be an interesting idea. Maybe this could be part of the monthly clan challenge, too.
But the other Admins must agree. I dont think it's fair for me to decide everything that goes on here...

Also, an idea of mine, relating to this, is that we hold up a poll. A poll where members are asked which banner was their favorite in a specified year. 12 months, 12 banners. Of course, last year we didnt get to changing banners each month right away, but we could make a poll for the banners we have already done in 2015.
